Wo we are

We are a group of friends. Both we who had known each other for years and opened La Flaca, and those who decide to come and eat in our restaurant every day.

Each with their feet firmly in their daily lives, in their neighborhood but at the same time ready to share the experiences of ancient and recent travels, enjoying recipes that we have expertly kept in our experiences around the world.
